Recovery Session 

Take time to reset your body and mind with a structured recovery session designed to help you feel your best. Each session includes 30 minutes in the sauna followed by 15 minutes of cold plunge to reduce soreness, improve circulation, and support overall recovery.

This is a shared session with up to 3 people.

Session Details:
• 30 minutes sauna
• 15 minutes cold plunge
• Up to 3 people per session

Perfect for post-workout recovery or simply taking time to recharge.
